Magnetic Magic and La Cucaracha
Rings make the world go round.
I recently forgot to cancel my Amazon Prime subscription and the items in this article reflect that. That said, it is now officially cancelled so I only have a few more weeks of ridiculous overnight shipping (which I took full advantage of this past week). So if you have any Amazon Music, Movies, or whatever etc. that you think I should see before my subscription ends let me know!

➰ Chipolo LOOP
It has become a running joke among people who know me that I switch phones a lot. Maybe too much. Who's to say really? The phone is the most important computer in our lives and I like seeing what every company has to offer. This has left me with a small mountain of MagSafe wallets and accessories that don't work on my current Galaxy phone and a few AirTags that are now useless to me. I've been looking for a good AirTag replacement specifically for my keys, and while I've used the Samsung one before and it was fine, I'm really not a fan of how it looks. So I picked up the Chipolo LOOP tag and so far it's awesome.

Not only is it fully compatible with either Apple's FindMy network and/or Androids Find Hub, but it also has a bunch of features AirTag doesn't have. Like the fact that I can double-click the button in order to make my phone ring. Or the tiny LED light that also flashes when I'm looking for it. That said, my favorite feature is the ability to change the jingle that plays when you ping the Chipolo tag. There are a bunch of options to choose from but only one right answer: La Cucaracha.
🔑 Grovemade Key Ring
One random thing about me: I hate keys. Not the concept of keys but the giant bulk of keys that always ends up jangling around in my pocket. I'm constantly on the lookout for better ways to carry my keys and for the time being, I've landed on the Grovemade key organizer. It has a small slot that securely hooks onto a belt loop, but it's also small enough that if I need to just put it in my jeans it isn't too much of an issue.

It also a built-in bottle opener which comes in handy basically anytime I order a bottle of coke. Unfortunately, I don't know if Grovemade sells these anymore but if you manage to get one second-hand I definitely recommend giving it a try. I've paired it with a Craighill keyring and between the two, I've never been happier with my keys.

I have a saying that I firmly believe when it comes to technology: everything that feels like magic is actually magnets. Whoever came up with the concept of adding MagSafe to iPhones, I hope your pillow is always perfectly cool. I love MagSafe. It's such a seamless way to add more functionality to your phone based on whatever your needs may be. I think it's the closest thing to modular phones that we're going to get. So I'm always on the lookout for new MagSafe gadgets and the other day while visiting my friend Charlie I saw this thing on the back of his phone and immediately ordered one.

There is no shortage of random drop shipped ring-stand gadgets on Amazon that snap to the back of your phone and act as a stand, but this is the first time I've seen one that also has a small loop to feed your finger through. Not a big feature for most people, but I recently switched to an S26 Ultra and this phone is LARGE. Don't get me wrong I enjoy a giant screen as much as the next guy, but I have little tiny baby hands so holding it with one hand is always just a little uncomfortable. But now I just run a finger through the loop and I'm good to go.
